• Hanseatic Treasure Trail

    Can you find the treasure?

Event description

Families are invited to get into the Hanse Festival spirit by taking part in a special town-centre treasure trail. Children will be invited to become a pirate for the day and find all the hidden clues around the town and then pick up their own special piece of treasure at the end. Keep your eyes peeled for a giant pirate and Madam Galleon, once the figurehead on one of the most infamous pirate ships ever to sail the open seas.

After her ship was cursed by a furious Titan, Madam Galleon was brought to life and roles were reversed – the ship became her ‘figurehead’. She now roams the world with her nautical magic, manipulating orbs of water, or are they bubbles from crashing waves? She mesmerises with her magic while looking for treasures to steal in memory of her former crew.

Pick up your trail map from 27 New Conduit Street (opposite Wilko, Vancouver Quarter) from 12:00 until 16:00
