de Mowbray’s Musicke will be playing music, singing, and teaching dancing. They will be playing shawms, rauschpfeifes, bagpipes, recorders, 3 holed pipe and tabor, gittern and percussion.
The group, appearing as a 3-piece on this occasion, will also be talking to members of the public about their costumes, instruments, the dances and other aspects of being a musician and dance teacher in a rural court.
A delightful mix of music, dance and social history.
